anybody know m15a stock camshaft spec?

piston

brian crower have forged piston with bore 78 and 85.. hicomp and lowcomp
wanna go cheap? use m16a forged piston(310RM @malaysia/set).. those m16a swift sport forged pistons are not hi comp.. m16a hi comp engine came from somewhere else, maybe head design, combustion chamber design, head gasket..
i have prove.. pics from monster and z gt-i
also i found out that liana m16a piston is similiar with m15a zc21s pistons

conrods

for conrods m16a and m18a can use k1 technologies conrods.. 370usd

bearings

ACL race bearing available for m16a.. does anyone know is it compatible with m18a?

valve spring

monster sport 12000yen

valves

i've seen someone use BC here at indonesia but i do not find infos

other performance upgrade info please help here.. i have trouble looking for performance upgrade parts here at indo.. hehehe even looking for stock m16a driveshaft is hard..

INFO

m15a, m16a, m18a heads is similiar but have differences
m18a have bigger ports.. intake and exhaust.. bigger valves also
i dont know about m16a head..

m15a, m16a, m18a stock enough to handle 14.7 psi

i myself 14.7 psi m16a with td05
my friend 1.2bar m18a ihi vf35
my other friend 1 bar m15a t25 (HKS kit)

I missed this thread and thank you some good info and data.

The camshafts from Monster are too expensive for the little gains.
There are places in the states that do billets for much cheaper.

Im interested to know why the m18a has much bigger ports as I
thought all the M series had the same.
Any info on valve sizes between all the M series engines?

i myself bought greddy cams second hand from a singapore fellow..

no.. port and valve is postive bigger, try mix n match.. m15a too small..

juz got info from friend.. well before saying, let me tell you that there's 2 type swift in indo.. one the CBU.. and the second is CKD (the spec down one)

what my friend know is the CBU and m16a sport have the same head.. same cam with difference in lift.. sport has 0.5mm more lift.. he said..

thank you! just the other day found the M13a, m15a and some m16a have the same head ports while the sport m16a and m18a have different ports and maybe valves.

camshafts on the m16a sport and m18a liana must be the same grinds as make the same hp at different rpm while m18a more torque due to 200cc more but same hp much lower down.

Keep it coming so we can soon have a database thread

If prepped no reason they couldnt handle 200kws with arp rod bolts.

I looked at a steel pipe catalogue today for custom sleeves which
should be stronger than cast iron and can handle more boost.
Just an idea as its in between cast iron and billet sleeves but cheaper.

titan, we cant just assume the max psi.. bcause every turbo have different cfm on same boost.. say that 14 psi at td04 is not the same as 14 psi at td05..

i boost 1 bar with td05-14b.. m16a liana conrod.. it's been more than a year now.. no trouble..
topfuel boost 1.2bar with HKS GT SS turbo.. it's similiar to GT2560

Interesting that the clutch part says it is the same for the M15A Swift and the Sport :-k

I was under the impression that they were different sizes.

Can anyone else confirm?

-edit-

Just confirmed, Swift Sport is definitely a different part (source http://www.exedy.com.au/clutch-finder):
