Hell yeah! It's awesome. Can't wait to go cruising in it :)
Haven't found any problems yet...except the MP3 occasionally skips. It's probably my dodgy burn job.

Glad to see you've finally got it!
I look forward to seeing how you "personalise" it like you did your previous car.

Enjoy!

I'm definately taking it to the Vic cruise. I'm trying to run it in before then. So far I want to mod the stereo (I'm sick of the sound quality already, and I've got amps, subs and 6x9's at home). The car seems to have all the good mods out of the box. The main reason I got it is because it shouldn't require a great deal of modifications.

The ride is definately much higher than a GTi, but the car's centre of gravity is still pretty low. I haven't got much of a feel for the engine response because I'm yet to exceed 3500rpm. The thing steers like it's on rails - I'm guessing the sports suspension does that. Having a solid rear axle is pretty cool. You can really feel it coming off speed humps.

I haven't driven a GTi, my last car was a MH Barina, and my brother has a Twincam16 Barina which I've driven once... I think the ignis has a little bit of lag on the throttle.. you tap the pedal and wait about 3/4 of a second for a response where in my 'ol carby it was an instant response.

Anyway, it's a hell of a lot better than a Cino...

Bzchi, what plans do you have for yours? I'm really keen to see someone chuck a turbo in one of these....

Plans aren't that grand at the moment, sorry to say ;)

Trying to see if I can get a reliable communication happening with SuzukiSport Japan.. then there will be some progress on the ignis modding front im sure ;)
