After the space saver drama, I'd like to buy one IS alloy wheel to use as a spare. Please let me know if you've got one to sell.

My only consideration would be around the fact that the Ignis has directional tyres, and there's a 50% chance you'll end up with a tread facing the wrong way. However, that's still a damn site safer than a space-saver.

Oh, and I'm keeping my rims. I think I saw a set of 3 on eBay not long ago where one was killed by a gutter and the others were OK.

Thanks. But should be able to get a non-directional tyre of the right size I think.

..but then you'll have one different tread!

Oh, and I haven't sold the car. It's not even up for sale.

I proved to the wife that it can do ANYTHING, and I managed to get a baby seat, a pram and a bassinet into the car with enough room left to stand upright in the back seat while fastening the baby, and enough room for 2 or 3 bags of shopping in the boot. Oh, and both driver and passenger seat are accessible. Should do fine for family outings.

If I get bored enough I'll post some pics.

True but to use just as a spare I can live with that. Afterall the spacesaver tread is very different!
