I will have to check on centrebore but the rest is good. Not too many tyre options for 16’s. Plenty for 15’s. Give me a few hours and i will throw the verniers on a hub if i can find it. Cleaning fish tanks at the moment.

Centrebore for a 95 gti is 64mm as measured from a original front hub. My current wheels have pressed in centrebore to suit. In 16’s 40 series 205 is the most you can get in there and not rub on full lock. If the guard lip has been folded up in old school style fix it just misses everything. On standard height spings they work but being 40 series are a little harsh for a daily driver. 15’s in 50 or 55 are more practical if i was doing it again.

Yes, on my USDM 89 GTi, I run 205/40 16's on USDM Nissan Altima OEM 16" rims.
