I've got a Roketa buggy with an 800cc engine that's a clone of the F8B. I need valve stem seals for it but there never having been an F8B vehicle sold in the USA is making it hard to find. I'm seeing a couple sites list them as being the same as the G10. Is this true?

From memory they are the same (6/8 valve motors)
16 valve motors run different seals

Thanks! I'm pretty sure they're the same.

Does anyone know about rings? I got heavy smoke under acceleration, but good compression (150psi across the board), oil is getting on all my plugs. I'm thinking I'm smoking from some leaking valve seals because one of the previous owners pinched off the PCV, but they only account for the smoke at startup.

If PVC was pinched off, the oil probably got sludged from crankcase gases
While the compression and second ring wouldn't be overly affected (still holding good compression) the il rings being smaller and more convoluted would probably be coked up in the ring land (I've stripped a lot of wrecker engines, ring lands get pretty crusty)
If oil rings are bound up, thru won't skim the oil on down stroke.
Hone bores and clean the pistons and fit new rings
