I did not put this in WTB, because I saw that as too specific to members posting here.

I have given up on looking for a G13b in Japan (and rest of the the world). Too rare and no one is selling, so I'm moving on to a newer engine that also has reasonable support. There is the K12 (and like the M18a the K14 is not in Japan) super cheap, but the M18 seems to have more potential.

Also, I can just get a M16a in Japan, but the M18a is in Australia and China. The Monster kit to take the M16a to M19a is (like all things Monster Sport) overpriced. Might as well get a M18a and ship it, because this can be, and should be, cheaper.

Does anyone know of a reputable breaker who will ship internationally with engines as described? I'm not overly in a hurry since I've taken so long to find a G13b. I've seen the M18a with ITBs here and on Youtube, so this looks a reasonable way to go.

I can try China, but Australia is the reasonable and easier place to start.

But not answered. Even if they do not ship, at least say so. That's basic professionalism.

Through a contact, I have learned that the M18a was available in Japan in rare numbers in the Suzuki Aerio. Looks like Australia is not my only source after all.

Didn't thought the G13b's are very rare.

One just sold on Yahoo Japan Auctions for 154,000Yen. Its the first one that I saw in more than 1 year. No exaggeration. The G13b DOHC engine rarely comes up for sale. That's why its just easier to go with a M16/M18.

That's some trivia for these precious rigs.

PM typed and sent twice, but will not leave Outbox to Sent. Can you PM specs and price to me? Maybe then I can reply. I don't understand why my PM won't send.
