Congrats mate that is an awesome result not only on what I guess is C16 leaded but also 300hp on RON 95! Well done.

@flying grape
I coudnt believe it either for the 1st time.. Because i thought its goin to be 270whp at most..
But the first dyno run is 268whp..

Before the record for indonesian zc21s is 258whp.. So i never expected it to be this far..
With same engine, old turbo td05 14b is 205whp.. Nothing done on the engine.. Just upgrade turbo and fuelling.. Also change from dastek to emanage..

@d
Cheers mate! Finally the long road show some fruitition hehe
I guess i'm not doing the m19a project.. My friend will be pursuing that road, but dunno when..

Have you got a picture of the ramp rates at the bottom of the screen, if so i will post you on the dyno page.

The power and torque plots should intersect at 5252rpm, if the scales are the same.....so perhaps the hp is too high at 5252 or the torque is too low at 5252. Not doubting it is making alot of power, just an observation.

Actually the scales are different from left to right. If you go up the graph at 5252 rpm you will see peak torque at 327 ft.lbs and at the same rpm if you go up the graph to the hp point it crosses at 327hp. Looks good to me, other than Zuboo's point about ramp rates (still haven't got around to posting up my dyno plot with ramp rates  )

Never trust a rolling dyno with torque readings, here is an example of why, this was my yellow car at a dyno day. 1200lb of street ripping force, no way it has that.

And never get offended when i ask questions about the dyno sheets, im just keeping everyone on a level playing field.

Bit off topic but that graph of yours Zuboo seems to have "lbs" on the right hand scale. There is (as far as I am aware) no such thing as "lbs" as a unit measure of force. I think the operator has attempted to graph the wrong thing in some way but is definitely not showing ft.lbs or lbs.ft or even N.m (torque needs a weight/mass and distance measure).

It is great to see the work on your M16a

Must be exciting to drive

Do you still have the original ECU as well as the Greddy Emanage Ultimate R's Super ZC21S ECU

Do you have much torque steer & how smooth is the power delivery

Are you happy with the ATS Carbonetics LSD 1.5way. Is this a plate LSD

Cheers Steve

@ zuubo: i dont have the ramp rates, but i'll ask the tuner tomorrow to take picture of the ramp rates.. The printer was broken, so i dont hv dyno sheet :(

I dont feel offended bro, rather i wanna know about the difference about ramp rates.. Which part that contribute to affect the readings?
Also i kinda agree with flyinggrape, what is the meaning of lbs? Torque is ftlb afaik..

Also what's the best way of doing dyno thats not torque reading?

@jasstv: well it is fun hehe
I still hv the original ecu.. Emanage is just piggyback
Yess much torque steer.. Still learning to control

Ats carbontics is clutch type.. And Still dailydriven steve..

I am having trouble with a miss that might be a coil pack. I didnt see any coils on your mods list, are you using the standard coils or have you replaced them?

Just got off texting with the dyno dyanmics operator (also tuner)
He said he will take the picture in one or two days
But he said ramp rates is 148 and use shootout 4F

Also he commented on dyno sheet u attached..
He explained that "lb" torque reading in the sheet is for, i hope i'm not misstranslating this, since my english is not very good.. In indonesian "beban per km/detik" maybe in english the weight your car receive per speed.. I'm sorry if i dont make things clearer, i cant catch what he really meant, maybe someone else here have inputs,.

He'll also provide the atmc(i also dunno what this is") and temp dyno.. He said at our dyno the humidity is high, also hot..dynodynamics also affected by ambient temp.. He predicted that the car dyno u attach if dynoed power run here may produce 300-310 whp..

Thats all he said.. i dont cut or add anything to it..

Not so swift:
I usestandart coil packs, really2 want an individual coil, but dunno where to start if custom, top fuel swift is custom from some honda, dunno which honda.. Theres aftermarket, but very pricey.. All i want now is an oil baffle plate.. This is my third engine.. My last two have eaten conrod bearings..

The sheet i posted is one of my old ones and was using it as an example, it was in FT but the Ft got cut off. The reason for the high torque reading was due to wheel spin. In shoot out mode it does an auto correction for air temp and few other things which is why you always need to read the bottom.

Oooo i see.. I've always wandered how to cmpare dyno sheet between different places accross the globe.. I thought it was constant, so a few variable have to be considered to compare..

I've read theres 200whp swift with td04 in other country Whilst i only made 192 whp with my old td05.. So how to read those numbers zuubo? Or if theres link in the net how to read them can u share?

Thanx alot.. This is a new info for me regarding dynodynamics

Btw tomorrow is dragday at sentul..
Wish me luck..
Last spec 192whp give a total time of 14.2s

very mild cam and very good result, looks like the honda cranked g16b is way too much work compared to an M16a. Love the narrow angle lightweight design almost like a bike head.

=D> very nice power figures! I hope to see some footage from the drag day!

Any idea why the engines keep going through bearings?

Thats a great result and I would also like to see some video from the drag day :)

Are you still using the standard gearbox or have you made some changes to it? The Top Fuel 300hp Swift destroyed a third gear.

Also, when you had the TD05 with 192hp ate, did you have standard internals? I have a GT2860 on a standard engine and have 160hp atw on 9psi but we dont want to push it too far on standard internals. Would be nice to know what they can take so we can go higher if possible.

On the video I thought I saw 385 hp?
