refurbished engine mounts/brackets installed, heater hoses (new clamps) installed, various brackets attached to engine, timing belt kit installed, a few new or cleaned sensors, injectors cleaned and new rubbers done, waiting to be picked up. I'll see what i can get up to today.
There's always not enough hours in the day.

great work...except are they painted brake disks? Be careful doing that, contamination of the disk face can/will lead to pulsing warping and a number of other braking anomalies!
Keep it up though

No, it's all good, I taped up the discs to paint and left the tape on there to avoid rust marks while waiting for install

More stuff sand blasted, primed, painted and installed. All the engine harness is installed, I also had the injectors cleaned by Geoff Muir at BLC Auto Repairs Service Centre (02) 42 272 700 Wollongong.
New Drive shafts arrived this week from 'SuzukiSuper' on ebay.
New plugs and leads
Replaced a few airline hoses, throttle body not sticking any more and new roof is ready to be installed as soon as I get a missing part sent from US, was lucky enough to find it on ebay.

Just noticed on your exhaust wrap pic. you used normal plastic cable ties to hold the ends. . Im hoping you were only using these to hold it in place while you wrap it and have replaced them with metal ones..

Yeah metal clips were in the mail, I had to use plastic ones while I had the second set of hands and so I could keep going with the front end

Merry Christmas everyone, she's back from the sparky. Just need to do last bit for roof, tidy up any wiring, adjust handbrake, attach alarm siren, see if it's the mech side for brakes or the booster ( hopefully just lubricating the slides) a really good detail then should be done, even if it's not registered I'll try to take it on the car trailer as theirs a few shows. Lucky my trailer was designed for a lowered car
The missing piece though for Aircon is the module which has to come from Malaysia for the a/c Eco button but that can click in anytime
Good luck to all those doing projects over the last days of 2015

took it for a quick drive to try and get the oil all the way to the top under load compared to just idling.
shampooed the carpet and seats with great success.
reinstalled the carpet and seats. time to clean the rest up.
also if anyone needs the use of my car trailer it $50 for the day, so great for track days or recovery with the winch or just want to move car, furniture, motorbikes. I have straps, there's enough room for the cultus and a motorbike and its designed for lowered cars
I can tow if need be. 0403263713
