Yes std suzuki ring gear fits directly on and all flywheels sold will have a good used ring gear fitted until I can source new ring gears,at the moment I am having trouble finding a supplier of new ring gears but hopefully that will be sorted over time

Dave, im assembling a d16 honda crank in a g16 hybrid engine using the 1600 2wd gearbox, would it be possible for you to sell me one of these billet flywheels with the centre unmachined, or machined to suit the honda crank flywheel measurements? This way I can kill 2 birds with one stone

those pictures of them are billet centres, once they become a flywheel, they have a ring gear added to them and its secured on those blocks.
Daves selling complete flywheels, but he has shown the piture of the machined centre item as an example.

Pretty sure you move the ring gear over from your existing flywheel, so what is posted is above is what you are buying.

I am curious what the performance of the Suzuki Vitara with g16b motor be like offroad when using such a light flywheel. I am sure that on a straight flat drag strip it would be better than OEM, but going off on to a trail, wouldn't this be too light and impact negatively/not fit my purpose?

Let me know.
