Swift12 I would probably try a 60 duro in the rear and see how it behaves. As it takes the bulk of the torque reaction it should hopefully provide the protection you need.
For both yourself and Bewitched Gti though I have to say I conceived the mounts to work as a set.
So swapping in just one you will have to assess the results of and see if it is doing what you require.
Individually they are $65 AU each excluding Aussie GST and shipping.
I have been doing free postage within Australia for complete set orders.

Never ceases to amaze me the amount of countries I have sent them to...
Who new there was still so much interest in the Gti, and so many people using them in competition.
