I have not even looked at them, and dont have any intention to unfortantly , the demand is not there, and by the time the ECU we decoded, mapped on dyno, and safely tuned would just be too much outlay and time that will never be recouped.

When i did look into them, they do have the ability to be re-programmed, by cracking the case open and using re-programing equipement many "Chip Tuners" have . so if you are dead set on mapping one, i'd see a good "Chip Tuner" and they will be able to do it

Thanks GT, was just wondering if a Baleno ECU would be also a good upgrade to a gti or G13b engine as no flow meter opens up other possibilities for tuning in terms of simple path for air

A great mod;
Can't thank gtaye enough for all his help and friendly advice. Not to mention fixing my error :lol:
One of the easiest go fast upgrades (except for getting up under the dash. :roll: ) I've performed.
Five bolts and a bunch of plugs later.....

Hi Sorry, but no Mk1 Chips avaliable really, your best bet work be to find a GrpA Mk1 ECU which is a Genuine Suzuki one

Dustymk1 - if you're quick there is one on ebay now. EPI-002 is the Group A ECU (EPI-001 is the standard ECU) You are unlikely to see another one anytime soon. It's in Greece - about $175 Aus. delivered. I'd buy an aftermarket ECU rather than this one. You can do a lot more for the engine with adjustable ECU over the fixed Suzuki ECU.

Depends entirely on your budget. Probably best to start a new thread for your question and keep this one on topic.

Hey sorry if this has already been asked but what happens when you run more than 10 psi with your turbo chip. Say 15-20. Can't wait to buy one soon.

Hi Mate,

You reach the Limits of the MAF and Injectors at around 10psi. Now with that said, indaredgti use to run 15 psi with his chipped ecu, but his fuel pressure was set at some crazy etc, I would not recommend it as the Internals could cause you issues...

I only recommend upto 10psi. 8)
