I was going through my bin of Suzuki literature and found some old vintage SUZUKI SPORT ads from Japan .
I scanned them for you to enjoy , I still have about 5 more to find.

When Pikes Peak was a REAL challenge...

And Suzuki had twin engine race cars...

Yeh, when it was gravel and had 1000 foot drops with no Armco barriers on the corners. None of this fancy-nancy bitumen stuff... :lol:

That's right Drew. On the money there. =D> Looks like a shot from the 1991 WRC stage at Muresk which is east of Perth. Near Northam.

Nice collection of Suzuki Sport prints you have there CAMI MAN.

Yes it is at Muresk.

Here's one when I was driving, also at Muresk, flat out through the gate and over the cattle grate...hang on and wait for it to land and then get back into it.

A mate of mine bought a new 96 GTi, fully optioned and it was around $26K

Best part of your story is the obvious WA licence plates showing on the car. Meaning that you must have driven her home on public roads after the event. :wink:
