I have an 87 Chevy Turbo Sprint and want to run 13" wheels, however I want to maintain the special white hubcaps.

I'm trying to identify the Swift models that would have what I'm looking for.

I did some research and it looks like the GTi MkI has what I'm looking for, however, I don't know what the MK1 Swift Turbo looks like.

Hi and welcome.

I have a Mk1 in NZ (sold as the Holden Barina GTi and later the Suzuki Swift GTi) and I do know of the hubcaps you are talking about.

Mine has 13" (alloys) from the factory and yours is only 12"? Unless you can source some hubcaps (which are very rare) then you might as well decide on another course of action. It will take a long time to find what you are after.

Good luck!

I'm used to taking years to find parts.

However, if there was a traditional racing wheel (alloy) that was typically used, I might give that a thought. I wonder what they ran at Pike's Peak?

15s or 16s by the looks of the photos.

Run some sweet 13s or go for some 15s where you have lots of tyre options.

There's some good reference material here that might help you identify suitable wheels/caps.
