There's an approximate fit in one of the pics here. Although it has been modified.
Maybe pm suzi13 as I think he is running the same setup.

Yeah approximates im sorted with, Im really debating whether to run pipes through inner guard and into engine bay through standard hole in side, or up between engine mount and engine.

I pictured how i wanted it for so long, but now im trial fitting ive realised theres far less room then first expected.

So mounting and routing is what im after

You have to cut some of the light mount off and flip one end of the intercooler.

Or if you move it over to the right side of car and leave the intercooler tanks as they come from factory, you can then feed the right pipe up through the hole for air box in the inner guard, this also frees up the space in front of the radiator so it gets full cooling. There is just enough room to run a 90 degree silicon bend off the the right lower tank and still fit the bumper bar (without fog light and some small trimming of the plastic behind bar).
I think there may be a pic of where I mounted mine in my build thread
Dmwdave rebuilding improved production car.(ok I had a search and in the first pics I used a rx7 intercooler but that was later changed, there is not a good pic of the xr6 cooler but in the last few pics in the thread you can basically see where it is mounted).

Good thinking Dave, here is where Ive dummy fitted for now, I pushed it over to the left far enough so I can mount filter at front bar (similar position to Dans).

The pipe at this point can run up between engine and headlight or through standard area through guard which is where I want to run it.

If I make the piping right the foglight will also stay in place, but easier if i just take it out.
