I've purchased an Ebay turbo kit for my 1992 Swift GT with the assurance that it can be installed without removing the A/C system. An exhaust manifold is not included in the kit. The Ebay stainless steel turbo headers are too big. Can anyone tell me what turbo exhaust manifold/headers will allow for the turbo installation without necessitating the removal of the A/C system? Thanks.

None off the shelf, they would need to be custom made.

The AVO is the one you want.

Why dont they just call it "Womenapause" instead.

A simple log manifold will do it. For small turbo this is more than fine. I had this setup with a TB23 (off a 300ZX) and a garrett GT2554.

Assuming you can find one! Ditto goes for the log manifold SuziTech used to sell.

You could build your own like I did.
