Mk2/3 swifts (non GTi) had the same PCD as the GTi. Well mine did. the 13's don't clear the front calipers but do the rear.

From memory they were 5" wide and ran a 155/70R13 tyre

On G13b, what's the best way to boost the torque a bit? Longer intake manifold tubes? Boost is the best way to increase torque on these engines. Even a well built NA with good compression (over 12:1) will still not make very much torque. These engines are built to rev, and make power that way, they...

The pedders he has taken it too are very switched on. They have been a franchisee for over 20 years and have some very good people there.

I know of plenty of motorsport people use that particular outlet for their wheel alignments due to their knowledge.

Only problem is most of the good parts aren't eligible for most racing here in Australia as they are VO or ES.

But yes, there are some cool bits in it. Have know about it for a few months and studied it closely.

Some of the stuff could be replicated, but not sure if it would be worth doing.

Get the desired camber settings this way, then use the top mounts for fine adjustments and alignment.

Yes, Racepak are the IQ3. Yes software is a little clunky, but if you have not used anything else you will be fine. It just takes getting used to. Biggest thing with the phone based stuff is the refresh rate and the GPS. Most data loggers now use a minimum of 5Hz upto 10Hz for GPS and around 500bps ...

You can get serial to CAN interfaces, so keep that in mind also. The serial cable still has a Rx & Tx in it. I have helped make one for a C125 Dash and Autronic SMC ECU. For stand alone stuff, the racepak is a good option, has Universal Sensor Modules (USM) that can be added via their V-Net CAN ...

I have used Racepak IQ3, not bad to set up and a good display but clunky software, and no real upgrade is on the horizon either.
Now have a MoTec CDL3, a bit harder to set up, but the software for analysis is so much better.

The MoTec colour displays are the way to go though if you can afford them.

Having worked on the car that had the PPG T56 Sequential development box in it, it is a great bit of gear. Handled the power/torque of a metal 2J punching out in excess of 500rwkw and over 1100nm of torque.

Certainly won't look back once that goes in.
