May be the fuel pump drawing more power or the injectors. The resistance in that causes more load. Or you have a short.

Sounds like some wire issues. I would look over the wires front to back. Clean any connectors and grounds.

Have you ran the codes? Just wondering if something comes up when you count the flashes. Have ran the codes and the light returns with the system being okay. Not a single code or issue was given. Which is why I'm so confused with the situation. In that case. I would look at the fuel pressure first....

It can be several things. Fuel pump, fuel regulator, injectors, TPS, MAF.. You need to look at it a bit more. It could even be the timing. You need to test some things.

It may be a selector. But if you had it rebuilt. Check your shifter busking and linkage bushings. If the are loose it can cause this issue also.

In a galaxy far far away. We opened the Cultus throttle bore on the intake up to 60mm. Then used a Nissan throttle body. We even took a Ford MAF housing and did some machining to it. Check out the mounts I did. The rear is normal with a SuperPro engine steady bushing. The Tranny mount is the ring from the rear. I cut the brackets off the rear one. n0madic Did you look over the seal close to see if it had any part number on it? I was talking to a rebuilder. They said there should be a part number on it. If so they said they may have it or can get it.

I would like to get the seal part number. If it is the internal seal on the shaft. Also does anyone know the sealed bearing number also? I want to totally rebuild the distributor. Becouse I need to modify the reluctor tooth count.

I had that code one time. It tested fine. I disconected the battery a few times came back again and again. I then took the sesor out of the meter and cleaned the hot wires. Code never came back. That was 3 years ago.

Power range

All you need to do is get cam gears. Advance the cam timing and you will get to the power band sooner.
