Nice. What color did you use? Out of a spray can?

I recently used duplicolor bumper and trim spray can (dark charcoal), but it wasn't that dark. It did turn out nice but I wanted it a bit darker.

Running kind of sluggish downlow than after 3500rpm it wakes up sounds like bad timing.

The speed sensor is located inside (behind) the swift gauge cluster.

Ok....SOLVED!

After my last post a few hours ago I searched some more.

Got to the point I changed the MAF sensor and coolant temp sensor. That did the job.

Idled strong. Engine strong. Revs very agressive.

ECU is tightened to the 3 tabs under the dash. I assume it's earthed this way? The dizzy on top is earthed to the firewall. I'm going to change this wire tomorrow. I know it's a dead thread, but after searching I have the same problem. With the fuel rail disconnected from the engine, and a friend holding the injectors in place nto the rail, no fuel will come out of the injectors while cranking.

A faulty AFM (or circuit) will not cut ignition. The engine should still idle with the AFM disconnected. This is correct. It just won't rev. I see you did a conversion. There's something in the harness that if not present, it won't let the engine fire up. It's a little black thing with the letters ...
