Removing airbag light after fitting bucket seats

Does anyone know what size resistor is required to remove the airbag light once you've removed the standard seats from a SSS? Or any modules like the Rs racing one but not as expensive?

Ok so but of an update, I have fitted a fuel pressure gauge and on idle its 56psi, but on full boost its going to 81, I think this must be the cause. Thanks I will have a look. I am running a standard mls gasket with the arp studs and fingers crossed its been ok for the 25,000miles I have done on the engine.. Around 2,000 since raising from 11-17psi. My engine does weep a bit of oil from the front of the block, but it's not enough to make the oil...

The black and red runs are base pressure without boost controller the blue ones are my final run on high boost with the boost controller (hence theyre not as flat as the base curve with actuator) This was the final run and it was getting quite hot apparently i really need a bigger intercooler... so ...

I have the wiring diagram for a uk swift sport to an emanage ultimate, I couldnt tell you whether the loom of my swift is different to yours or whether or not your emanage wires are the same as the emanage ultiamte ones but if it helps i have it.

Been looking into the maf elimination with emu and it seems to be what I need to sort the issue. I have a 3bar map sensor so I think once I get my wide band I will try this to stop the stalling. Does any one have any advice on using the maf sensor elimination feature on emu? Thanks

it will stall if i have foot on clutch, for example if i accelerate then i have to brake suddenly so dip the clutch after accelerating hard it will stall, but if i am sat with foot on clutch or in neautral and blip the throttle hard it will not cut out, it will stumble a little but 9/10 times catche...

Yeah its the hks bolt on turbo kit, which is designed to be ran on a high comp engine so I guess thats why the actuator is so soft? It is adjustable but its at 4psi on its highest I think, (which direction will make it stiffer? A longer or shorter push rod?)I have a photo here Snapshot_20120404.JPG ...

I didnt map the car myself but was there helping out whilst it was being done, we tried the using a pump to check what the actuator opened the wastegate at and it was 4 psi, also tried using a manual boost controller to raise the boost instead of the profec and still managed the same result 10 psi, ...

Sorry thta what I meant, both the side on the solenoid, both the one coming from turbo compressor and the one going to actuator have an internal dia of 5mm

I see so on the solenoid? I will have a look thanks :) I have got the actuator off any way so may be better to have a go at that, If i get going and dont think its going well I will just have to stop and then look for other options but definately going to check solenoid first. Thanks

Thank you, I am using a greddy 3 bar map sensor alread, im thinking that it could be due to the maf sensing air flowing past but then some being lost at the bov when it dumps to atmosphere, perhaps if i made the bov recirculating and relocated the maf it may help? Thanks

Running 215hp and 211ft-lb of torque. Using standard cams at 10psi. Want to up the boost but the hks actuator is much too weak so cannot run any more than 10 psi with that actuator so i will be sorting this then upping the boost

sleeves are the same, just checked them for postioning and honed the bore... i cant remember the exact price, I think around 700-880 uk pounds

I believe that they do, they are in tamworth which is near birmingham i believe, they are very friendly anyway and offer next day delivery, if you speak to them they will help you out they are a very big company. :) I did a tiny bit to the head, didnt port it out or anything, just smoothed the radiu...
