Hello All,

My name is Scott, I am from Haltech engine management in Wetherill Park, Sydney.

Haltech is looking for a Suzuki Swift Sport to develop an aftermarket ECU fo the upcomming Swift cup in Europe and Indonisia. If you have a Suzuki Sport Swift, and are thinking about upgrading the Engine management it could be your chance to get a very good deal (very good!) on a piggy back, or stand alone ECU.

For any question please e-mail or call at scott@haltech.com or 9729 0999

Thanks again.
Kind Regards.
Scott.

I would be recommending anyone with a Swift Sport they plan to start engine modifications on to snap up this deal ASAP.

The piggyback option would be good for you, so if a warrenty claim is required, just unplug it and away you go.

Good to see some local manufacters getting in on the Swifts. Has to be the Sport??? What about the 1.5 Swift??

We would need the car for one day for testing, then we would buy the factory connectors, make a plug in loom and write software for the car.
I would then expect around 2-3 days for tuning and final touch ups.

This will be a plug in unit, If there is any problems with the car, you can simply unplug the ECU and plug the factory ECU back in!

Sorry, at the moment only interested in the sport, however I can certainly look into the 1.5l if there is enough interest.

Thanks again for your responses guys!

Hi Scott,

Interested in what sort of expected gains you guys are looking for ?

Will this be a kit you will then be looking to make available to the public ?

would definitely be nice to see a 10% gain, that would tip it over the magic 100kW mark and give it a bit more cred. Seriously, being an ex GTi owner, I was disappinted at the final output figure for the sport :(

At the moment there has been no update.
The last time I spoke with Scott (from Haltech) they were having problems chasing done the supplier of the ECU pluga. They are still very keen to complete this project and I will keep you all informed as info comes to hand

Dave
