Hi everyone, I paid $450AUD for a 4 point rear brace to Clinton on 15th November 2015.
Until now, I have not received my brace.
I have kept messaging him and he gave me all kinds of bullshit stories!

On 7th December 2016, he passed a message to Blake Siladji that he will refund my money.
Until today, there's no refund and Blake Siladji has not replied to my last message.

He has now removed his Facebook profile and created a new one.
I can't message him anymore.
He's still active on Facebook and other social media too.

Anyone knows his mobile number and address?
This is what I have found.
5000 Adelaide, South Australia. +61 474 528 897
I'm thinking of taking legal action against him.
I have found a law firm in Singapore that has a branch in Australia.

I have attached the FB messages as prove.
I'm going to post this in all the Suzuki groups and forums too.
Please share this post and also inform Clinton Visser if you know him.

Appreciate your help in locating Clinton Visser and getting my money back.
Thanks.

Update 23/8/17: Clinton Visser has passed a message that he will not refund or send the brace at all. Can anyone check with the Australian police if I can make a report? Thanks.

That is sad to hear man! unfortunately I'm not sure what you can do as your are in Singapore. But I would lodge a complaint with them anyway and see what they say.

Unfortunately there seems to be more of this going on these days which is a real shame.

yes, it's sad David. I'm still gathering information about Clinton Visser. Thanks to the good mates in the FB groups. Will make a report at ACORN, Scamwatch and Crime Stoppers Australia once I get all the information. I have called them and they do accept international reports regarding fraud committed by Australians. I will see how it goes. The last resort will be a civil action against him. Luckily, I found an Australian lawyer who is willing to take my case. All I want is to get my money back!

Good to see you taking the necessary steps to get this sorted, I highly doubt it would have reached this point if there wasn't 4000 km and a few seas for him to hide behind.
