Congrats on the time mate. Great to see out and running. Looks just as good as the day it dissappeared from site.

Looking forward to hearing more in the future with anything u plan on doing to it.

No progress, no real updates.

Changing to GT35R, HTA comp wheel, Tial rear housing, external gate, larger injectors, some mods to the driveline etc. Can't see any of it being completed til the new year.

Was just reading through an article and thought i would ask a question,.....

In the article it states that this car Has or had a Switch that was capable of changing from FWD to AWD,

Now I understand how you can disconnect drive to the rear by undoing the bolt and pulling the pin, Although what i would like to know is,

is there something else hooked up to switch it??
Is this capable???
What is it and how does is work if it does exist????

THANX
BRAD

There is no electronic means of switching between 4WD and FWD that I have ever seen. Nothing to say that it couldn't have been rigged up with an electric solenoid somehow.

It may have had something hooked up at some stage, but currently does not. However it would be quite easily done with a solenoid setup. You'd prob want to run two seperate solenoids. One to move the selector, the other to lock it in place. To be perfectly honest, I don't see any point though.

Sorry to bring back the dead but can anybody confirm what's going on/ what happened to this legendary powerhouse? I'd love to see where it is now if it's still being slowly developed! :D

I thought the humble pie had passed it's use by.

Many had a suspicion you picked it up whitewings, keen to see what you do with it.

lol.. I don't know what rubbish rumours are going around, but it certainly hasn't been sold. People expressed some interest, however it isn't and hasn't been for sale.

Mick, the owner, has bought the parts to finish, he just hasnt had time to make the manifold.

If it was going to be sold, the only person willing to pay what its worth is me.

I admire that you not only bought it, but continues to develop it.
I had made enquiries with jamie to buy it myself (but the bank wouldnt justify $30k for a car redbooked at $6k  )
Ill be glad to see what youve developed during the recess in proceedings :)
