Welcome to the RedlineGTi forum, the place for ALL Suzuki Swift and GTi enthusiasts. From all members and moderators; we hope you enjoy these forums, and find them useful and informative.

In order to ensure that the forums remain beneficial and accessable to everyone, we ask that you follow these simple rules.

--------------------------

Before you post:

 Search the forums before you post a new topic. There's a good chance your question or comment may have already been discussed, answered, or resolved.
Please avoid asking questions that could be answered by doing a little research on your own part.

When posting:

 PLEASE DO NOT WRITE YOUR ENTIRE POST IN CAPS. This is the internet equivalent of shouting, and there is hardly a forum in existence that would condone it.

 In the body of your message, please use complete sentences and words, and make sure proper spelling and punctuation is observed. DO NOT USE SMS LINGO. This is the most important part of how you appear to others on the forum, and you will get a lot more respect from users if you take the time to write your posts correctly.

 Treat other forum members with respect. Keep your language tasteful, and do not post inappropriate content. Verbal abuse and threats will not be tolerated.

Posting a new topic:

 It never appropriate to post the same thread/message to more than one section of the forum. This clutters up the forum with unnecessary information. (Moderator approval may be sought for extenuating circumstances.)

 Please pay attention to the topic of your messages, and check that you are posting it in the appropriate section.

 Create a concise subject that adequately summarizes your topic. For example: "Problem with gearbox grinding" rather than "I need help."

 Write a well worded question and description. Be descriptive, don't ask for help by saying my car makes "x" noise with no further information and expect to receive accurate responses.

Signature and Avatar:

 Signature graphics and text shouldn't be too big - keep it tidy. The acceptable limit in size for this forum is no larger than 300x100 or 400x80 pixels. This size restriction also applies to "text only" signatures, keep it down to a line or two of text. We don't need your life story attached to every post.

 Any Signature/Avatar image must not be animated as this becomes annoying to many forum users.

 Your Signature must not link to external commercial sites. This space IS NOT for advertisement.

 Avatar images are to remain Suzuki/Car related.

Forum rules have been reorganised to make them easier to follow. (Doesn't mean anyone will actually read them though!)

At least you can point at them, though, when giving reasons for warnings or banning.

Probably because the mods have missed them. ;) We can only police what we see unfortunately.

You would be surprised what people read and see, as to whether they believe it or not is another matter.

I mean take the U-tube footage of some weird guy in an even wierder Turbo Mighty Boy doing circle work in a car park in ACT.

The mind boggles

I see sad thrashed cars K$$$ spent making them go faster
only to be offered at lower and lower prices with the tag line never revved hard
driven to church by a lil old lady.

I have a block full of SA GT's not worth even the Smorgans crusher price of $80 per car.

Would the last vistor to Redline please turn out the lights thanks.

I'd consider giving you $80 to stop playing that broken record.
