Just wondering how many Redline Iggys Sports there are in Melb?
Is there a demand for a get together & cruise?

I'm in Bendigo, about 150kms from Melbourne .... I'd be happy to meet a fellow ignis owner if you're keen? I'm usually in Melbourne at least once a month. Since purchasing my Ignis Sport 3y ago, i've only seen about 3-4 on the roads EVER.

Funny thing was that I hadn't come across another Ignis Sport for at least a couple of years, then on the day that I bought mine, I spotted a black one scooting past - it was just meant to be! :)
I am over in Perth atm, and spotted another silky silver one heading down the freeway, I really love the fact that they are so rare - not so good for organising cruises though. I think the trick might be to tag along with some swift sports or something to make up the numbers.

I'll see if there's any more interest from other Iggy owners
We could always meet at the Albert Park GP track for a chat/meet & greet, maybe go for a short cruise
I'd really like to organise a longer cruise, the last Black Spur cruise in 07 was a great turnout

Haven't seen anyone in years (I guess having kids does that to ya).

Im still around and, but live 150kms out of Melbourne ... so a Black Spur cruise aint so doable, even a meet in Melb to meet someone else with an Ignis would be good. Over 4 years of ownership, and i reckon I've seen less than a handful on the road in traffic. Unicorns. lol

What were you doing taping the drive?
Replacing with another Iggy or Suzuki?

Everyone walked away unscathed. At worst I had a stiff neck for 2 days. I had a dash cam hooked up to the ignition, so it always recorded while driving. I have a Mazda 2 now (brand new). It's not as fun. I *almost* got a second hand Swift Sport, but decided to get something new instead (and a new SS was waaaay out of the price range).

You can't see it on camera, but there was tram behind me that didn't look like it was stopping and it chased me into the intersection. It had been a *really* long day, so my cognitive ability wasn't up to tracking two moving objects 180 degrees apart. I was looking behind me for the best part of that.
