With more and more people finding the Ignis Sport section I thought it would be good to have an intro thread so people can get some information about other Ignis Owners!

Just drop some info about yourself, your Ignis and how you found the site!

For starters I own a 2003 Ignis Sport in Cyprus blue and previously owned a GTi Turbo. Love the Ignis Sport, and can't wait for the warranty period to finish so I can start tinkering

...let the introductions begin!

I'm Russell, I live in Melbourne and I purchased a brand new silky silver Ignis Sport back in July.

My only mods so far are tinted windows. I'm halfway through building a sound system which I hope to get installed in the the next month or so.

Hey All , I'm Hui ( real name is Huon ), I'm from the gold coast ( GC ) , I own a red ignis sport with red personalised plates & a custom exhaust system .
I've had it since late december 2003 , in the process of configurating sound system and a few other things.
Should be done by december.

Paul. Ignis Sport, October 2004.
Found it through a national newspaper advertisement campaign.

It is the best value car on the road at the prices available. Some places doing them at £7995 brand new.

I've had my red Ignis Sport since October 2003 and thinks its fantastic. Can't wait for some aftermarket performance parts to come out. I also have a red 89 GTi which I am doing up. Haven't decided which is more fun to drive.....

Hello to everyone,
I am Stavros from Athens (Greece). From August I am an owner of a black Ignis Sport.
The only things I've done is tinted windows, some good audio (not fantastic things), an exhaust wich I want to change cause I have losses (I have one gasket) and a K&N filter.

Names Daboke, from Rochdale England.

Got my Ignis sport in September this year and not done much to it yet eccept larger tyres n alloys (16" speedline - see link below for image), tints at back and rear, and added fogs cos there non standard on the sport.

Im trying to find a place that will sell hood scoops and then once ive added that i hope to do the exhaust and repaint it (got crappy yellow at the mo cos i was thinking of having black tribal along the sides.

The following web site was useful when ordering my tyres but the dealer couldnea get me a white ignis in England... or a hood scoop which i thought was a bit of a ****.

http://www.suzukisport.com/news/040205s ... index.html
- shows tyres and hood scoop on white ignis

http://www.suzukisport.com/english/sale ... port/list/
- main page

Anyways...... Ive seeen the image of the double exhaust on the forums and I'm gonna enquire.

Nice meeting you all and hope to chat soon.

Later

Thats because both the hood scoop and the White Ignis are both SuzukiSport, not Suzuki dealer options. You can order the parts you want directly from SuzukiSport Japan (colour would be the obvious exception).

Welcome to the site, when you get a chance post some pics of your car!

Hi All, Being an Ignis Sport owner in Scotland and just found this site, which is great by the way.Still finding my way about and reading bits and bobs and learning how to use it as i am not the best at computers lol. Over here most of the car so called Mags don't rate Suzuki,s very much to their loss. They tend to go on price but where can u get so much fun for the money. My partner has the standard Ignis 3dr and she loves it.Our local garage in Edinburgh sells it for £5500 otr. I paid £6500 otr for my Ignis sport in March, honest and it was NOT pre reg either. Ps,They are up to £6950 but open to a little haggling.Once I learn more about this site I may get better but for the moment I will just read about first but if anyone wants to, feel free to E mail me.This is a really good site and look forward to logging in when I have time as I'm busy ahwem decorating my partners house yuck.Take care all and have a good time over the festive season. Murph
