Does the Swift Gti 1.3 mk2 have 3 angle valve seats as standard?
If not, what gains have you seen with this work done to the head?

Sorry, Chris they do. All late model post 70s/80s run 3 angle but it is the centre angle that matters as too small or too big and it is detrimental to performance and reliability. Centre angle between 45 and 50 degrees is normal. 4 angle is being used in some performance cases now. The width of contact at the centre angle is also very important, between 1 and 1.2 mm for GTi.

Why dont they just call it "Womenapause" instead.
