Not the best design around. The length of cylinder one runner is unequal to the rest. Cyl 2 & 3 are good, 1 and 4 are s**t house.

Not sure I'd trust the R&D department of a company with the motto "No muff too tuff".

They look realllly similar to the ones I used to sell, the 4-2-1 design wasn't that great, the 4-1 was much better. This is just my personal opinion and don't have datasheets to verify. I think the business name was Lillford Ehausts in NSW, give them a call, they manufacturer them.

Thanks mate advice appreciated heaps I ended up going with the $200 ones on ebay not sure they are much better, but just need to get mobile again and enjoy the swift and its economy.

Not trying to hijack the thread but a quick question for Hertz. I bought a set of your 4-1's back in about 08/09 and put them on a stock motor and they worked great compared to the stock manifold and system but a rebuild will be needed in a year or so and was wondering if the 4-1 design was to suit any particular cam profile? Just curious so i can allow for it when the time comes.

Not to my knowledge no, I purchased the design off a business called ROSPEN, he was a fan of NA builds, mild camshaft profiles like BD10 and BD14s were a favorite, but these extractors have always been an improvement to almost any NA build. The only problem is he never created any data to prove it! He wasn't a strong believer in dyno runs more on the 'feel', and to be honest some of the really expensive NA builds he offered were expensive for very little gain. But I've gone way off topic here! If you didn't want to pend $2000 on custom extractors, mine are your best bet.

I can vouch for Hertz's 4-1 extractors, made a noticeable difference when i went from 4-2-1 to 4-1.
