In short,

Terrible service, lacking tools/equipment to carry our the works and failed to carry out the required task on my swift.

First I was told that they do not have the facilities to strip the tyre from the rim, which I expect "wheel alignment specialist - as they ve claimed" to be able to do.

Secondly. All work carried out manually...no laser, and took so long.

Third and most importantly, the car came out WORST than before. The steering wheel is crooked and the car still pulls to one side......I will not going back there and get someone else to fix it.

AVOID.

DIY for the win.

I have never measured my wheel alignments on the swift and do them by eye and feel. I think they turn out pretty well.

you gets what you pay for...why does a tyre need to come of the rim for a wheel alignment.
Im guessing you paid 50 bucks or less.

They charged me $55-60. I am not a tight ass and more that happy to pay twice as much if good result is guaranteed. But these guys claimed to be wheel alignment specialists.

I am researching a place to take to now where I am happy to pay more.

Werid, My cousins RX8 went in there, after he belted it into to a gutter and needed alot of repair work to the suspension, It came out OK, but ever since that we needs to belt the wheel off the hub as i think something was still bent.

I Use Bob-Jane at Prospect, Ray the Owner is great, and the wheel alignment tech has been there over 10 years, and always does my car perfect!

$55 is what i pay - Clint is the wheel alignment GUN! He use to even setup my Camber pins to perfection and adjust the toe and tracking to suit at no extra Charge and even busts out the torque wrench when doing up bolts! Thats all he does all day everyday, Does all my cars and worth the drive. Reminds me my car needs an alignment too, i better ring up and book my car in

I don't agree with bagging a whole company out. They don't deserve being slandered for the poor efforts of one employee.

A single person owned and operated business on the other hand. Like pcp for instance. Very poor workmanship. I am not happy with his services.

How bout you do the right thing and tell management that the work carried out was poor.
Then if they back their employee. Then bag them out.
You will find 99 percent will fix it free of charge and ensure the employee gets it right and learns a lesson to better his career.
