hi guys

i have a mini with a gti/turbo combo ganardi chip, now had problems today when trying to accellerate its like it floods then misses but only under load, idles and revs fine but once boost comes on nits like hitting a wall.

before i stripped it for paint it ran ok, didnt idles well or run great but did rev and come on boost.

i did rebuild the fuel system and all looks ok, was replumbed same as previously just new pumps,,surge tank and lines running 5bar at idle

i have gone over the airflow meter wiring, replaced plugs, dissy looks good,, replaced the intercooler hoses and clamps so no air leaks

any help is sgreat appreciated

is all your cooler piping nice and snug? Those symptoms are lot like when a cooler pipe pops off.

Post a video it might help with the diagnostic

5 bar is 75psi, the std fuel pressure for a gti is 40psi, so if your running std ecu with a turbo chip then your overfueling, I would set the fuel pressure to 3bar(45psi) as a starting point.
