4 years ago Dave managed 317.9 Hp at the wheels. With a few builds coming to an end around the same time, its looking like dave record is going to fall. So for a few laughs i have started a thread with the contenders and will start a guess a car dyno figure before it goes on the dyno.

Now its not a g13b but still might top the list.
cappa-wpn
Turbonetics gtk550 turbo
35psi
E85
Hoping for 402.1 HP

LUN81C
GT3071R rated at 500hp
Hoping for 375.3 HP

Billzilla
unknown

Zuboo
Vitara engine build.
Gtx 2860
E85

101 ute build
They have build a G13B for a suzuki ute.
Its a John Hill engine nearly the same specs as ItsMAD
Its got a t25 on at the moment, but going bigger soon.

DMW Dave
1.2 litre g13b figure..
G13b-specs
78mm bore x 61mm stroke
vf44 twin scroll turbo
IP 1000cc Injectors (to run E85 flex fuel)
std Cultus inlet, single 60 TB
bd10 cams
36mm restricter on turbo inlet(Improved production rules)
Hopeing to acheive 250hp atw, which will be a significant Improvement over the last 1.2 engine I built(220hp atw).

Any builds i missed let me know.

Although not an outright contender for max HP I am currently building a 1160cc G13b which I hope will surpass my previous 1.2 litre g13b figure..
G13b-specs
78mm bore x 61mm stroke
vf44 twin scroll turbo
IP 1000cc Injectors (to run E85 flex fuel)
std Cultus inlet, single 60 TB
bd10 cams
36mm restricter on turbo inlet(Improved production rules)
Hopeing to acheive 250hp atw, which will be a significant Improvement over the last 1.2 engine I built(220hp atw).

Good luck to all,its about time someone stuck there neck out and went for it!!

Looks to be some good things happening this year....

Can't wait to see the results!

Dan, the 101 Ute, actually is nothing like the ITSMAD motor. None the less, its a decent donk. There are some similarities in the block, thats about it. The owner of the ute is who we got the steel main caps from.

A true 400hp@wheels is what I'm looking to see from one of these guys.

John actually retired some time ago. Will who worked for him has owned JHH for some time. Will does sensational work. WTAC outright winner plus many class winning motors last year. On top of that, he's a great bloke too.

Sorry should have said same bottom end, i was only going off what Will said. He has punched out some in the spot light engines lately.

I will start the ball rolling.

Took the swift to the dyno today to map for the new turbo. It did 237 hp at on stock intake, stock throttle body, stock cams, vitara pistons, stock rods, stock head, o-ringed head, stock gasket, stock crank and main caps. This is about the cheapest 240 hp build i think you could do.

Next the other engine is fitted and we go for the 300 plus

Was this on E85? How much boost did it take to get those numbers?

This time its a combo between me and rob at Definition Motorsports, he has been helping me out as much as possible after the floods. Rob has had a great year last year, building and tuning Australias first 6 sec pass with a 4 cylinder.

The dyno run was done on e85, but im using the pump e85 cheap stuff. Recommend it to anyone, the fuel is cheaper $1.20 liter, you can put more timing in and just need to leave a bit of room in the tuning map for the variation between fills. The timing so far has been setup mild only 2 degrees more than what i was running on BP ultimate pump fuel. The boost was about 18/19 psi if your going for a drag car or want upper rpm power i recommend going for the gtx 28 with the 71 rear, but being a circuit car i need the power little lower.

In 5 weeks the other engine will be fitted, Which is funny as i started building it 2 years 8 months ago as a quick build, than a few life changing events between now and then. But as of today its together and ready to be fitted. Here is a few pics and vid, sorry done with phone so not the best.

Id like to know what people are doing to their gear boxes and drive shafts etc to handle this power.

Also interesting to see homer going with bigger cams.
