If you wanna take this matter further look at going to the small claims court and get a letter of demand written up, hopefully that will 'spur' him into action.

Involve the police.

This guy has made a substantial amount of money by ripping people off on this forum. for all we know he may be on other forums doing the exact same thing. :?

I'd hate to sound like a dick and say I told you so... But I did tell you to watch out about the car

I'm another one waiting for an engine.

Let me know what action is being taken and I'll join the cause.

If anyone does get on to him, can they let him know that he's in trouble!

Get the police involved boys. The offences you describe, fall under the categories of either obtaining a benefit by deception or fraudulent misrepresentation. There could also be " online" type of offences committed. I would remove any instances of displaying his name and contact details from PUBLIC display. It constitutes slander on the posters part.

Why stall it two weeks? Sort it out now.
How many times can you sell a Cino box as a GTi and still say it was an honest mistake?
If I get one more phone call asking if I know you or if I AM you, I'ma loose my s**t.
I am trying to establish myself as a reliable GTi breaker and this s**t has set me back a truck load, simply because most of my buyers are interstate and you have smashed the trust in half.

I personally have given you the benefit of the doubt more than once, with the Cino Gear box I brought under the impression it was a "GTi" Box, mid last year and still defending you to Britteren.

Fix it now.

Don't make me look like a fool again.

Good advice is to use paypal cos if you dont get your stuff within 45days you can still get your money back. 45 days is a long time to send something.

2 weeks!!! i had a buyer 6 to 8 weeks ago for this gearbox. if this sale has fallen through, i will not be happy and would like a refund. he should have sent the box 6 to 7 weeks ago so there were no issues.

You live and learn Pauly, but at least now I can bring a GTi back from it's awful state and back to the beast it once was an better! Otherwise it would have continued to be thrashed and eventually die and left in someone's backyard for 20 years.

Frankgos is right. Its making all us vic guys look like scammers.

Its the whole issue of trust. I personally trust memebers of redline enough to fork out hundreds of dollars before receiving goods, whats been done here has made everyone reconsider doing this.

Not good.

Also, this is perhaps the best example to illustrate why you should never ever lend your account to others. Tell em to start their own, its free anyways

I'm totally looking in to this for my own dispute with HIW09 in QLD as I am still awaiting my goods... But I just thought you guys might like to know that it looks like you can place an application with VCAT, Small Claims, For around $37.00. This is standard fee for claims under $10,000. I will update with more info as I come across it for those interested. I know I would be more than happy to spend $37.00, there is a pretty good case against both parties.
