hahaha thats because marty cant shift :P

ran a 9 when he moved to the two speed power glide.

HAHA I wouldnt say that to his face [-o<

The run I was talking about was the event after he ran the 9.6. He had the 2 speed in, massive burnout but the gas wasnt working so it didnt start moving till half track  .....God it moved in the last half of the track though

Will ITSMAD be ready for jamboree this year? Out testing beforehand perhaps?

Sorry for the delay peoples, mind you, entertaining that people think it didnt run.

Had gearbox/clutch issues, where it was incredibly difficult to engage 2nd/3rd gear.
Was a good test session though, way too much traction loss off the line, resulted in a quickest 60 foot of 1.96 lol, most were in the 2 second range. Definitely going to follow andy with the locked viscous, wanted to have it done before the drag day, but no luck with time.

Was run on MT ET Street Radials with 11psi. Didnt help with traction though.

Anyways, all runs were on the 15psi tune.
Best run was a 12.6@113mph, this was with a datalogged 0.9 second change to 3rd gear lol and 1.96 60 foot. It certainly would run a mid/high 11@118-120mph on this boost level with the shift and traction issues resolved.

I doubt it will ever see the track again in its current form. Turbo, turbo manifold, injectors, viscous diff are all being replaced. Possibly a different intake manifold and will have the clutch/shift issues sorted before the next run.

If you search on youtube for "ITSMAD" there is a video of 2 of its passes.

Congrats on the run. Even if it wasn't a perfect day at the track the results should squash all the rumours that have been flogged around the place over the past few years.

Cheers, certainly wasnt perfect, but was good to see what it could run how it was. Shame it wouldnt shift, but hey, thats racing.

Once the bugs are sorted, and some real boost put into it, its certainly going to run the times.

Well done, great to see the car out, especially on the track! and a solid time for the setup too. Only reason I didn't think you had run was because you weren't on the list.. and the list seemed pretty thorough :)

Really does look like a well balanced show/street. Keep it up 8)

Send your time sheet to Zuboo for the QMT page.

Well done, good to see it at the track =D>

The locked viscous will sort you out a 1.5 60ft (just dont be shy on take off :D ).

its still a wreck :P

hahah have you looked into the actual clutch pedal and its unwillingness to not flex at teh top where the cable connects to it.

this is the sole reason why my box has a flogged 3rd gear hub/synchro arrangement with which you Mr are yet to suggest a time when you have a lazy 10 hour free to remove the thing.

good to see there is still one place in QLD mick is still allowed to drive :P the track.

Congrats guys.
