As I got it - a shell with cage and not much more. No suspension, no steering, no engine, no G'box, no seats, no fuel tank, no wiring. A good place to start.

Ok, so I have the attention of at least two liners. Nice tease, eh? :)

The car was originally built for Dennis as a turbo street/track car by DMW Dave and after his mrs laid the law down about too many cars and why wasn't he satisfied with his Porsches, it was bought back by Dave and reduced to parts. I bought the caged shell as my new project and hence the photos were taken inside the trailer.

The first priority was to make it a rolling shell, so the control arms and suspension components were added temporarily, and to lighten it a little the doors were gutted. I will endeavour to install the fuel tank prior to putting it away so I can concentrate on the trailer rebuild before Leyburn Sprints. A few Pics of the suspension and doors.

P.S: The steering was also installed and a very basic 4 wheel alignment carried out.

I'd love to hear how that thing goes. They scare me. Especially for a syncro box!

Oh and can you please re-title your first post....
