HERE IT IS....

1994 GTI
-M15A motor - full built
-Wolf v500 computer with hand controller
-Turbonetics gtk-550 turbo
-Turbosmart 40mm external gate
-Tial 50mm bov
-Ford falcon EL 68mm throttle body
-M16A intake manifold
-2.5" cooler piping
-3" exhaust, Magnaflow twin 3" tip muffler
-TRICKFAB custom intercooler
-TRICKFAB custom exhaust manifold
-TRICKFAB custom radiator with high powered fan (car never goes over 85degrees celcius)
Not even on the dyno without a fan (thanks to radiator & inline thermostat housing relocation)
-Inline thermostat housing, thermostat relocated to head (would highly recommended this to anyone doing a turbo setup on an m series motor

-20L fuel cell
-Aeromotive 1000hp fuel pump
-Aeromotive pre-pump filter & after-pump filter
-(-8) brade line run from rear of car to fuel rail
-Car is set up for e85
-Custom fuel rail
-ID1000 fuel injectors

-Suzitech strut brace with custom engine steady
-Whiteline rear strut brace
-Whiteline front & rear thicker sway bars
-Coilovers front and rear
-Front camber tops

-M16A swift sport gearbox
-Modena LSD
-Modena billet driveshafts

-Rear wheels: Rays Volk GT-U 16x8, 38 offset
-Front wheels: Hyundai Elantra 15x6 stock rims with Toyo r888 205/50/15 semi slicks

-Bride racing seats
-Rear of car stripped

What parts did you get from PPM?

We talked about them

Wasn't necessary for what my plans were for the car
Plus the $$$ is a lot more than the normal ppm rods

I held one and compared it to a standard one.. woww soo light hehe

I heard the Titanium rods stretch over time, is this true?

I believe that they can fracture along a line that is scratched in them, over time of course.

Still Ducati employs them in some top end bikes.

I'm pretty sure formula ones use them
But they dont need to worry about them fracturing because their motors are continuously rebuilt

It came from a 2005-2010 swift

Why dont you put a 2j in yours?

Because when I did the m15 transplant into the gti, the swift sport was still very new and couldn't find a motor
