Not quite sure what you're asking here...

Item you've marked 'A' is your A/C Idle Control.

Item you've marked 'B' is your Cold Start Valve.

Cheers,

Hi,

It was from Yahoo auction Japan!
I'm Japanese and work in trading company, so I can bring it over with my stuff.

So I decided to track this thing. Its what its for isn't it? Only cost me $600 as well so I honestly don't care if I kill it. This year will be spent getting it ready to go for next year. I have never competed before but my long term dream is to compete in the Adelaide targa or classic or whatever it will be called by then (5+ years). Also should warn I drive okish so don't expect too much from all this. Gotta learn sometime

So everything will get freshened up ready to go. Will switch to e85 and aim for around 90kw at the wheels. Should be doable according to my rough (sh|t) calc's. Aim for a weight around 700kg for now.

So yep long term build ahead!

That was a quick (but good) change of heart. MK1's are awesome :) Keen to see what becomes of this build.

I have the attention span of a puppy on crack. I like new shiney things and going fast. thinking of buying a motorbike to tide me over for now.

Random fact: you can sharpen your scissors by cutting some foil folded on itself multiple times.

Shiney and learning!!

So I'm going to UNI for the next couple of years and need a UNI hack. This means all the fun bits from this are going into my other crap box. Unless someone wants this thing whole before hand? Offer away. Pic of crap box below. Will be raised a little before hand.

Dirty arm = standard
Black arm = from the Cultus
The Cultus arms do look and feel a bit more substantial. Who knows?

GTi stripped of just about everything. Only mechanical part to go back on are the shocks. Everything else is coming off the Cultus.

I bought an el'cheapo sandblaster today. Cleaned this bad guy up. Not too bad, more practice needed. Quite happy with it so far. Will be cleaning lots of stuff back to natural. Fun times ahead!!

I just had a quick look at my pics and it all looks ghetto as. I need a shed again. Doing all this in an open carport sucks in this weather.
