Fairly sure they are carbon fiber flares

The front guards and front bar are full carbon

So as I was saying ive been waiting on parts, the hubs I had powdercoated started rusting, So Mr powdercoater had to send them away to have them stripped & then he wet painted them instead. Me & John Had fun taking the rear diff apart!lol we kept braking bearing tensioners, think we went through 5 diffs & we only got one off successfully!

My rear Koni suspension started leaking oil so I decided Its time to try & source new shocks! i was originally trying to find myself some replacement Konis as they are the cheapest option just for the time being, untill Ive saved up enough for some decent shocks. Anyway I stumbled across this set of CRUX suspension it appears the shocks are shorter & the rears are brand new  So Iam currently waiting for these to be shipped over hopefully they will be with me before the end of the month :D

What were you trying to show us with the rear diff photos and what was the X bit of steel? I was hoping for some rear diff photos of the viscous and what needs to pulled apart and welded up?

if u look into the diff end of the viscuss coupling there is a bearing u weld that bearing up to the casing of the viscuss coupling
oh and im pretty sure that x peice is to screw in the side caps in where the drive shafts go its to get the wright preload when rebuilding the diff

Just a little update!!!!

Not really touched the justy for a while because of other commitments & on going development on Johns Swift which is now putting out very good figures but he has now developed OCD & is striving to get the car to run as smooth a modern day car, which I must say he is very close just has a few teething problems. I would be happy with it the way it is! but like I said he now has OCD so il leave him to it! haha

The other week I had one of these delivered from Ireland :D

Is that chassis plate off a Suzuki? Guessing so...
Interesting.... AF34S-200539 is in New Zealand. It's a white 92 Cultus. A Suzuki not a Subaru. Not far off chassis numbers though. I thought Suzuki "sold or licensed" the 4WD platform to Subaru after they ceased production of "their" 4WD Cultus programme
