I ordered the full kit, the rear flare it a full panel, its not bad for the price, front bar is ugly as but probably best areo front bar made for the older swift, doors are 2kg in weight

Crap, should have ordered them too
I can always order them later, bit easier for me then for you.

I dislike the front bar too, that is why i use stock front (with suzisport lip) and rear bar and use splitters and diffusers to fill up the gaps.

Specs of the engine going in.

DMW Motor with oversized valves, Dmw Porting all new lifters.
Forged pistons
Spool Rods
Cultus cams with extra lift
DMW head gasket
All balanced.
vf35 turbo from DMW manifolds
blitz bov
oil coiler + all earls fittings
044 pump in engine bay (believe walbro in tank, not sure)
sard fuel reg + dmw fuel rail
Stinger EMS 4244 computer

The motor currently produces 250hp but its pretty much a copy of my yellow cars engine, a bit more aggressive. It should produce 320-350hp if its lent on.

Still loads more to remove, but once done i will start transferring to the awd shell.

Pulled the gearboxes apart to check conduction and work out best option, the spares car had an DMW lsd in an awd gearbox converted to 2wd in pretty good conduction. So i converted it back to awd and refitted fitted the rear drive from on of the spares. At this stage im going for locked rear, locked center and lsd front.

(Ive got an sx4 awd box, havent had the heart to take it apart yet)
So the angular pinion ring bolts onto the fwd diff ring gear?
Does it use longer through bolts to sandwich the diff flange?
And youve got bolted plates, thats the locker? Or have you got a pinon grip in there (id have assumed a visible gap between the plates with spring slightly visible..

sx4 box is a completely different kettle of fish, the sx4 has a bolt on rear drive section that is fed power by a shaft connected to the hemisphere of the front diff, its basically the same as a holden cruze set up.

I did note that, basically im weighing up whether a g16 awd box would be better/worse than the sx4 combination. The cruze gearset is small frame like the g13 fwd boxes :-k
Sorry for discussing topics not directly your build Dan.
But you can see my thoughts are inspired by your detailled photos (thanks :) )

Dan, are you able to fit the manual window regs/glass in those fibreglass doors?
Or are you building a racer with polycarb windows (fixed) :-k

So, does the transmission in the subaru 4x4 justy bolt right up to the Suzuki 1.0 or 1.3?
So, also is the back end of the Justy the same as the back end of the Suzuki as far as the wheel wells but of course different for the drive shaft to the rear?

Wow, a lot of work.
