tested all the gauges having problems with turbo boost g, i think it might be the sender unit . I'm petty sure defi gauges are cheap chinese copies off eBay ,checked website out and originals are $250 a pot might replace 1 by 1 as there go .on to the in manifold ,done some match porting and received some more wacky bling in the mail,a vacuum distributor and 400 hz colour match horns and added a phone holder .

bit more s**t done to the inlet manifold , for a 800$ you expect a bolt on no hassles ,asked for manifold from suzukird to suit a stock 46mm throttle body and gave me 60mm , nearly all the tap holes on it where lose [8mm ,1/8 bsp] wrong tapping drill size i suspect .the ports didn't match ,the clearance for injectors was out .flat base for the throttle body wasn't flat. took it a machine shop to get throttle body flange faced there wanted 250$ fuccc off .so i just draw filed it, worked out ok made a adapter flange ,butched the original manifold for the stock throttle body flange drilled and tapped 1/4 bsp for fittings to vacuum disturber and brake booster hose made a bracket for a throttle cable mount.

she's fired up. :D hunting at first ,checked forum got on to gtaye's how to re calibrate tps .to hard to get to the plug so i cut and added my own plug . also made a bracket moved the fpr, to hard to adjust where it was, she s running at 14.3 fuel/ air ratio at 2000rpm, 13.7 at 5000rpm . won't be on the road for a while promised the missus a clean up [-X when engine is running also ran out of cash , dyno, wheel align ment ,and the rest of the 2.5 in exhaust system will have to wait.

fitted front bumper.modified with alloy brackets, made it quick release [6 bolts and 2 plugs] due to the amount of components up front that hard or can't get to.10mins and its off. also moved the no. plate. The original bumper bracket which bolted to the car only acts as a slide on locator .Made the wiring run to trailer plug and with the lowered front end i added the front camera under the car to see clearance of road obstacles [speed humps drive ways etc]. PETTY LOW 135mm a coke can just fits. IS THAT LEGAL?
