I am not sure who made this item. I purchased a car off a fellow redliner with a bunch of spares and this was included.

These clear covers are extremely dangerous
They melt due to heat
The plastic is not strong enough to withstand the Heat

Luckily we were running my car up on the dyno and I was monitoring the engine bay..
The top totally sunk down and sat onto the timing belt
And the sides stared to wrap and curl around the timing belt, luckily I stooped the car just as it started rubbing the rubber off the edge of the timing belt
