(initial post updated to include Picture of stock item fitted to mk2 Gti bar compatible with mk2 or mk3)
Can make adaptor fitting to connect to flexible ducting tube (if anyone develops brake ventilation setup)

Dont think it would be that expensive. Maybe up to $20 by regular air mail and up to $15 by sea at a guess.

Interested in the idea about attachment for flexi duct (have filter in wheel well fed by one of these ducts).

A way to clip on and off the flexible tubing to easily remove the front bar would be great.

Holes are 2/3rds the size of the vent diameter, theyre a funnel shape.
Will get a more specific pic of a fitted factory vent when i get back to Perth tomorrow

This thread is for Carbon reproductions, if you guys are trading other parts (which is fine) please use pm so this thread doesnt get cluttered with external discussions.

I changed jobs to take on adult apprenticeship as mechanic, huge paycut
Was going to fund the mould and then sell vents for a minimal return, could be possible sooner if i did it as a groupbuy with $50 deposit from each interested buyer...
But i dont like selling product that hasnt been manufactured yet.
If anyones interested in groupbuy, let me know (which would make the vents $80 a pair to each investor)

B
