On a side topic.

We ended up entering just for laughs and even ran in to another redline member neo in the driver briefing

Rules are $1000 car and do as many laps in 6 hours.

We entered a Gt Starlet donated by Andy and it was loads of fun, we made it to the 6 hour finish and completed the 2nd highest lap total 248 laps around lakeside loads of driving for the day.

If anyone is thinking this is fun the next one is around June so start chasing down some shitters.

This was our shitter

Great work mate! Sounds like a blast! If there was something like this closer to home I'd be all over it with a few mates!

Some Holden

I think it was a VS or something.

It was a lemons car built for lemons racing they pushed hard all day where we spent the day trying not to cook the brakes.

Exactly! no places, no trophies (apart from the piss take ones). Just affordable seat time. If anyones keen, you can take any car (under a grand), just get a bunch of mates together and enter.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. We're usually trying to break laps records everytime we race but driving enduro really made you work to find the smoothest lines to preserve the car but still keep consistently quick lap times.

Its a new feeling to be told to slow down by your team mates too
