No its stock! very boring, It would be the last thing I would want to improve.I have an MX5 for fun.It is stock too, I'm in the mx5 car club and just use it for club runs. Track days are over, did that back in the 60,s <yes I'm an old guy> when I had an AH Sprite. The reason I'm here is I have never been off road and I was looking at some light off road runs.Do any sx4 owners do this?

Bob, I was taught to drive in a Mk1 sprite, been a member of the AHSDC since 71, the MX5 is the grandchild of the sprite/midget so good choice there,
No Idea about sx4's

My 2009 SX4 AWD has done some offroading. Ground clearance is the biggest thing to think of. You just need to be careful with your wheel placement. I have also put all terrain tyres on mine which has helped a lot - 215/60R16 Yokohama Geolander AT/S. The Yokohamas are the only ones that come in a size suitable for the SX4. Also check out the Rocky Road website in the US - thewy have some nice stuff, shame about the postage costs. Driven carefully, you will be surprised where your SX4 will go.
