Good stuff, got some pics of your SX4?

Know many other people in Aus modifying them?

There are a few of us.

Here's some pics from our recent trip to Bathurst and Cruise round Wisemans Ferry, mine is the silver xover and the copper 2wd is from SchumiFan who has just signed up on here as well.

When you drop the AWD back down, and remove the roof rails and side bump strips are they essentially panel for panel the same as the 2WD hatch? or is there major differences I am missing?

Are the roof rails easy to remove? or are they integrated like a Subaru Forrester?

Definitely interested if you can get the AWD version to look like the hatch for little money (haven't had anyone to ask until now!).

Any chance you could grab a shot under the rear of the car of the rear diff/suspension setup?

Have been meaning to get down to a Suzuki dealer to do it.. but have been putting it off!

The roof rails come of pretty easily but leave 4 bolts sticking up, which need grinding off, then painting over.

Panels are pretty much the same otherwise. The black trim around the wheel arches will leave holes so they would have to be filled and sprayed if you wanted to remove them as well. The underside of the rear is a little different, smaller tank and diff hangers etc.

Does this help?

Yeah, looks like a nice quick way to an AWD 2.0l Suzuki Hatch.

The rear underside looks infinitely better than the AWD system in the Holden Cruze, thanks for the pics!

Welcome to the site too SchumieFan.
