Looks for some input on wheel colour. They are currently gold but I have managed to find a few pics of some different colour options. The car will probably be factory dark blue.
I'm liking the black but don't mind the white either.
Throw me your ideas and/or opinions please and thanks.

Yeah I think I'm leaning towards the White. Anyone ever repaired gutter rash on a polished lip? Could it be spun on a lathe?

I love the white rim. Have white rims under both my GTi's.

White is bad for brake dust. My personel preference is a darkish gold/bronze way darker than your current colour. Not too bright or it looks tacky. I have not done it yet but always wanting to.

Metallic charcoal grey.
Light rash can be smoothed off with fine wet sanding, but heaver marks are better done with a lathe or filled with devcon and sanded.

I'd assume lathe would be better? Does this dev on stuff need t be painted? I want to keep the polished lip.
Also you think bronze would look any good?

Bronze would work too.
Devcon F is designed to match the finish of raw alloy and can be sanded/polished. Another option is to have deep chips welded and then lathed down. It depends on how bad the damage is. As I said above, if it is only very light scratching (rash) then a careful wet sand will sort it out.
