DSM (Mitsubishi) grey top 390's, DSM blue and black top 450's, supra black top 440's are all low impedence and straight fit (DSM has same bosch plug, supra you need to get plug with injector).

All these injectors are small enough to get decent idle (I think the newer 450's from 95-99 model DSM's are the pick of the bunch with lower deadtimes). Others (not listed above) you need to deal with issues like length of injector, impedence etc

Plenty on ebay from around US$100+postage for 4.

Of course to use any of these aftermarket injectors you need aftermarket ecu/piggyback. If you do this search on net for the deadtime tables as will help you build much more accurate fueling maps on your ecu.

I found it difficult to control the DSM 450cc black top with an apexi s-afc. Super rich at idle.
I used 360cc injectors from a 3000gt vr4. These are pretty good for a 200hp GTi.

That has more to do with the apexi safc than the injectors. if you use the dead time tables with a decent ECU you will be fine.

What ecu are you planning to use will govern what impedence you can run . If you buy a new ecu most of them should be able to run either high or low impedence. These days high impedence are preffered. In the early days low impedence worked better.
The difference is in how the injector opens and closes and the current to open (and then dissipate) to close the injector.
