Try ordering k and n filter part no: 33-2059 it is listed for BMW but fits the ignis factory filter box. the guys in the uk use them quite often. other option is the jump on

http://www.monster-shop.jp/index.php?ma ... anguage=en
when on above site anything listed for swift sports HT81S will fit your ignis sport

below link is for monster sport panel filter:

I personally have the K and N 57i intake kit for the ignis sports for sale it 2nd hand for $100 posted. filter has been washed and ready to install.

Many thanks for the advice. Tempted to just get your filter kit. Pease tell me more - is it just a filter that fits the box, or some sort of replacement box ? But most importantly, tell me how your car felt when you installed it. This is theory for me so far...

The K&N & Powerfilter panel filters fit straight into the std factory airbox
You'll notice a much smoother throttle response & slightly more induction noise
REmove the resonator & add a flexible tube from the airbox to behind the front grille for a simple cold air intake set up

K&N & MonsterSport also have setups that replace the entire std airbox, checkout their websites
These cost more $ but are a step up from the panel filters
I have the SS setup on my car, very happy with improved performance, esp above 3500rpm

I know I'm late to reply to this, but I got mine from Green Cotton Performance in the UK, where Iggy Sports are still common. After the first 5,000km I used a K&N servicing kit and flushed and re-sprayed it with K&N oil. Runs great and reasonably priced substitute.

I've included an e-Bay link;

Also removed that giant box between the intake and the filter box and replaced that with 2 1/2 inch stainless, gives a much cleaner look.

Hope this helps...

No need to wash these air filters too often, definitely not after just 5000km
Every 12 months is fine
I have a Powerfilter on my IS, I just rotate the filter every 3 months
